As the running of the seedstock industry or any farming enterprise is complex and requires a given response for a given problem, the information is to assist members, directors and managers in providing consistent solutions and advice.

It is meant to provide informed communication to all users of MGAA services In any item of conflict, the Bylaws take precedent over this, the Constitution takes precedence overall.
